Who May Apply For A Grant?
You may apply for a grant if you:
- Are a young person whose goals are to reach a better future by gaining a skill or education
- Are working hard and are determined to reach those goals
- Are willing to receive guidance in making educational decisions
- Need financial and personal support in order to move ahead in your life
- Live in a county listed within our Geographic Restrictions
What about your grades? While your GPA is important it is not everything.
While most academic and sports scholarships reward the most successful students, A Step 2 Success offers grants usually to ordinary students who are trying to improve their lives and who show some effort; but, we are most concerned about your need and how you are trying to overcome the obstacles of your life. So, if you are trying hard, and really making an effort to improve your life, but don’t have the grades for an academic scholarship or the skill for a sports scholarship, you may be an ideal student to receive an educational grant from A Step 2 Success.
